This is great hearing from someone so soon! I just moved in on the 22nd and are still covered with boxes!
I would love to meet you after your kids are back at school! Mine are already flown out! One is 23 and working in England the other is 20 and studying in Warwick University.
We have travelled all over the world but I must say that France is something else. We have lived in the Alsace for 7 years and I really enjoyed that. Maybe because the people all spoke german(?) I am from Holland. My french is not really great but I manage.
I live at the Rue du Clos des Moines. Ever heard off? is your friend living close by?
Like I said: I would love to meet up and chat. Exchange some chit chat about the neighourhood perhaps?
