I was house hunting with my wife and came across a beautiful house, which has a flat roof as opposed to a pitched roof. The roof is concrete and has got few small water ponds, as the surface is not absolutely flat. There is also a crack that I suspect can damage the ceiling. My wife really likes the house and wants to purchase it because of its location. He owner of the house wants to sell as it is. That mean I have to get it renovated. May I get any online help to calculate the estimate that will involve in the whole project? Please help.

As a property profesional myself and a homeowner with a leaking flat roof just about to be repaired, I would strongly advise against trying to calulate the cost online. You run the risk of seriously underestimating the cost.
Would it not be worth having 2 or 3 professionals having a look and giving you a quote before you sign the " Promesse de vente"? It would cost you nothing but time and may save you a lot of headaches. Also, once you have an idea of cost, this could be a point of negotiation on the asking price of the property.
