Hello,

I don't know if anyone will reply, but we are moving to Gouvieux in October and we'd like to buy a Franch car. However, we have been shocked by the prices when we've looked at Francj versions of Autotrader...cars seem to be much, much more expensive.

We'd like a used family car, French make, up to five years old.

Anyone got any ideas?

Geoffrey Auckland has just put a car up for sale in the ads on this site - you should be able to see it in the For Sale section. And yes cars tend to be more expensive, and you'll also need to allow for the 'tax' when you register it in your name - which is about €23 x the CV rating of the car...

If Geoffrey's isn't suitable I can always send a request around the mailing list to see if anyone has something too.
