Possible move to Chantilly

I work for a company that is looking to move a group of its employees to Chantilly.
I am putting together a cost estimate for this move.
We are looking for office space and housing for about 15 people.
all 15 would be expats from various parts of the world.
I can't seem to find mush in updated rental places, let alone any info on office space, and would appreciate if any of you know of any websites that I can use to help me put together a cost estimate for my boss.

Firstly, welcome to the site - I hope you'll be able to find your way around.

As regards your question your best bet would be to talk to our resident relocation expert. She may well tell you that rental properties do have a tendency to be few and far between expect in the shape of apartments. Many people have struggled to find houses to rent, although you'd get there in the end! I'm not sure she deals much in office space but I'm sure she'll know a man who can!
