Annie,
There is one mentioned in our Business Directory although I have no personal experience of them (see here for details).
Personally I visit Dr. Patricot in Gouvieux. I believe he speaks English and is a long term supporter of APARC. His contact details are:

1 avenue des Courtils 60270 Gouvieux
