You have asked for it so here it is! New Tuesday morning Beginners Class have started as of Tuesday, 25th of March, 9:30. Come along and try a free trial class.

With the primary focus on core strength, Pilates is the secret weapon of pro-athletes, dancers and average Joes alike. Pilates combines mind and body to improve flexibility, posture and spinal awareness, core strength, and agility. The results of Pilates training are a balanced and strong body, flat stomachs, strong backs and mindful body awareness.

Classes are 1 hour and 15 mins (with the last 15 mins focused on stretching and relaxation), and are held at 10 rue de l'Eglise, Courteuil.

Tariff: 10 euros per session, and I ask that students pay on a per term basis, but the first trial class is always free.

Places are limited, so please do contact me via email or phone to reserve your place or if you have any questions.
