Quotes and Phrases gives our members the ability to add their own quote or a phrase to our database. The idea is to provide some translations of phrases that you will not find in your French dictionary, along with a daily quotation. These phrases tend to be impossible to translate literally - you need to have heard of them to understand them! If you have an interesting quote or know a phrase and its translation please submit it for consideration. A quote or phrase is then pulled, at random, and displayed in a block on our site. Please note that all changes to quotes or phrases require admin approval -- changes are not immediate and will be reviewed by an administrator.
